Natural Products Expo West has been in the game ever since the beginning of organic food trends in the United States. The first edition took place in 1981 and has been growing exponentially since then with a satellite event in Philadelphia (Natural Products Expo East).

The 2025 edition of Natural Products Expo West will be held as a face-to-face trade fair between 04.03.2025 and 08.03.2025. The trade show will be hosted at Anaheim Convention Centre in Anaheim, California, USA. The venue will not have the latest coronavirus protection measures in place. This is because of the lifting of the country's pandemic-related limitations.

Natural Products Expo West serves the organic food industry every single year at the beginning of March. Editions run a packed four days with lots of business opportunities and educational events on upcoming trends and practices.
The international trade fair is based in Anaheim, California and occupies the spacious halls at the Anaheim Convention Center. New Hope Natural Media Penton Lifestyle Media Group serves as the official organiser for the event.
Anaheim Convention Center finds itself a close distance from several airports. You can drive in no time from the John Wayne Orange County Airport (SNA) and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
Working hours tend to differ based on where you’re going. ACC Main Halls work from 10:00 am until 18:00 pm with the exclusion of the last day, which ends at 16:00 pm. ACC North Halls and Anaheim Hilton, where the ‘hot products’ are shown, open doors at 09:30 am.

There is big business to be made at the Natural Products Expo West. Each edition the numbers are rising, with last edition featuring over 86,000 international trade visitors from 136 countries. This is good news for you as an exhibitor as the event received 3600 exhibiting companies. There is always a place for newcomers, as the last edition registered more than 600 first-time exhibitors.
Product launches do particularly well with major players in the industry such as Amazon, Wholefoods, New Seasons, Krogers, PCC Community Markets and Costco Wholesale. Official sponsors for the trade fair include elixinol, lightlife, SIRIO and ITO en among others.

Natural Products Expo West 2022
The 2022 edition of the Natural Products Expo West signified the successful restart of the event after the pandemic-induced hiatus. The Anaheim Convention Center, which hosted the rendition, featured Covid-19 safety measures such as obligatory surgical masking. It received more than 2 700 exhibitors and over 57 000 visitors.
Natural Products Expo West 2023
The 2023 rendition of the Natural Products Expo West continued the success of the previous edition. The venue, Anaheim Convention Center, did not feature Covid-19 safety measures due to the removal of the country's domestic pandemic-related restrictions. The edition was attended by more than 65 000 visitors and 3 000 exhibitors.

The 2024 edition of Natural Products Expo West was a life trade fair hosted in Anaheim Convention Center between 12.03.2024 and 16.03.2024. It featured the wares of over 2,200 exhibitors. They were overviewed by 60,000 visitors.
